The Rendering business has taught me a lot of business skills. I love working and interacting with my employees and other outside suppliers. I try to challenge myself everyday. I am always trying to improve, even on the good things. I am a perfectionist at heart and a people person. You are on this beautiful planet for a very short time....... Make the best of it. My biggest asset is dependability. I don't take days off for sick or for personal reasons. I take my responsibilities at work to heart and are very important to me.
