Manage a diverse team of Application Development and Data Science staff supporting the Cyber Security Fusion Center with all technology and application requests.Drive the vision and strategy for the Fusion Center TDA-TI team strategic projects including updating processes, performing analysis, information sharing, operational reviews, and metrics creation.Build internal project plans for the CIC Technology Integrations team while leading and driving the efforts to completion.Integrate internal system data sets into compromised account scrubbing processes to derive valuable intelligence for delivery to the Fusion Center.

• Drive the vision and strategy for the Cyber Intelligence Center strategic projects including updating processes, performing analysis, information sharing, operational reviews, and metrics. • Identify and work with technology partners to drive the efforts needed to design, build, and maintain centralized storage repositories for archiving, querying and data mining of compromised account data. This also includes implementing mechanisms to feed data sources into repositories from multiple sources.• Build internal project plans and charters for the CIC Technology Integrations team while leading/driving the efforts and meeting the assigned deadlines.• Integrate other internal system data sets into compromised account scrubbing processes to derive valuable intelligence.• Assist in the coordination/evaluation/testing of the CIC’s tools and vendor delivery to key customers within the Global Information Security organization.• Proactively manages project risk through the identification, escalation, and solution development to ensure timely delivery of CIC intelligence products.• Help analyze cyber threat data and correlate with existing understanding of cyber threats impacting the Citi franchise.

The Identity Access Management (IAM) program Lead for Global Consumer is a critical, cross-business, role responsible for facilitating and executing Citi’s compliance with Information Security Standards. This includes providing input and support to the strategic direction of the program, the tactical execution, and ensuring that program requirements are fully integrated across the organization. • Drive day-to-day execution of the Identity Access Management (IAM) program across Global Consumer Bank exercising oversight within the business, including programs, policies, and related reporting.• Responsible for monitoring and tracking all relevant programs (Functional ID, Segregation of Duties, Entitlements, etc.). • Recommend changes and enhancements or additions to security controls for the program through the definition and implementation of IS standards ensuring the procedures and practices comply with Citi standards.• Work with Business and Technology teams to incorporate IAM requirements into their strategy and roadmaps while driving training and awareness activities across the company.• Exercise oversight to the IS program within the business, including programs, policies, and related reporting.• Redesign processes to reduce risk, improve standardization and improve productivity.• Establish and leverage cross-functional relationships to strengthen communication, improve productivity, and resolve issues• Facilitate problem root cause analyses and identify action plans to address root causes to solve various business and process issues to achieve project/ program objectives.

• Lead a global team of IT professionals supporting corporate Identity Management Systems at Citigroup Inc. with over 300,000 seats administering information security for and driving standardization across the Active Directory and Wintel environment.• Design, review, and support the Information Security Access Control model supporting all Citi Microsoft Active Directory forests and domains.• Primary contact supporting all Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory needs supporting the Active Directory and Wintel platforms. • Review and manage key infrastructure projects for prioritization and budgeting to achieve infrastructure stability, performance and alignment with datacenter strategy.• Designed, implemented, and support the Global Active Directory/Wintel security model through centralization, standardization, and automation building a world class security infrastructure.• Designed and implemented the user data administration model for all Citi file servers including a mixture of Wintel and EMC/Net App network attached storage solutions.• Responsible for all Active Directory domain migrations.
