In addition, I optimized the conveyor systems with more thorough PM program and more frequent conditioned based monitoring. Performed periodic maintenance on all systems related to the mining of limestone and production of clinker and cement. All conveying systems. Spliced conveyor belts, R/R tail pulley shafts and bearings. R/R head pulley gearboxes, couplings, motors and sheaves. Performed maintenance on screw conveyors and air slide conveyors. Repaired and maintained bucket elevators. On crushing systems; Maintained gyro-crusher for limestone. R/R hammers on rotating impactor crusher, Re-surfaced rolls on 72-inch diam. Roller crusher with automatic gouging and high speed welding procedures. Fabricated transfer chutes with hardened steel and hard face welding applications. Rebuild coal mill rolls for crushing coal for use in coal-fired burner barrel application. Maintained ball mills and related systems; FK pumps, diverter gates, and SKS separators. Maintained @25 silos for railcar load out; Silo maintenance required periodic sidewall whipping with air driven chain whips. Replaced air pads inside silos. In addition, air cannon overhaul when required. Maintained hydraulic rotary gates for silo discharge. Baghouse maintenance, knowledge of various bearings; coopers, dodge, skf and Timken. Welding with various stick from 7018 to various hard facing techniques including automatic air-arc and automatic wire feed applications up to 7/64 NS3M AND 65-O wire. Experienced in the plasma cutting, air arc gouging, and oxy-acetylene methods. Repaired and maintained two large rotating kilns in addition to the large trunnion rolls to which the kilns rotate.

Title: Millwright/Welder/Driver Work Performed: Specialized in transporting over-dimensional items via interstate and state highway systems. Removal and installation of 60,000 – 450,000 pound transformers from sub-stations without a crane by use of hydraulic jacks and a gantry system and moved by using Hillman rollers. Precise rigging and fabricating or modifying heavy haul trailers to custom-fit loads. Qualified on 20-axle trailer. In addition, I.R.H. specialized in the relocation of mining equipment on-site at various mines. I participated in the transport/installation of a 1 million pound autoclave. Transported from Salt Lake City, UT. To Twin Creeks Gold Mine located in Golconda, NV. Transferred to Los Angeles, California to train as a manager for large crane transport division. Duties included maintaining 9 axle and 13 axle heavy-haul trailers. In addition, hiring/supervising contract haulers for hauling boom sections, counter weights and side frames for 4100 and 4600 Manitowoc cranes.
