In this position I am responsible for developing fire alarm service/testing/monitoring agreements across the spectrum of commercial and multi-family properties in south Florida. Restaurants, condominiums, office buildings, commercial buildings, medical facilities - any commercial/residential property with a fire alarm system. I will also be working our other team members to sell and promote the other services Fire Ranger can provide; including hood cleanings in restaurants, extinguishers, fire suppression systems for both land-based properties and the marine industry. .

Providing service agreements and testing programs for the full range of life safety services; across Florida and the Carolinas. Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access, Gate Systems, Monitoring services (radio or land-line) and much more. Service programs for all commercial properties, healthcare facilities, colleges/universities, office towers, warehouses and highrise residential properties. We can help these properties stay in Fire Code compliance.

Service Sales Representative responsible for driving service contract sales for the market.Working with medical facilities, condominiums (low-rise to high-rise), commercial properties – dealing specifically with on-site property managers and commercial property management companies on a daily basis.Coordinating marketing efforts to develop name recognition through trade association involvement, mailers, promotional pieces and e-mail campaigns.
