Closed out the Houston site on time and without issue.• Development, implementation, and management of the Houston Underwriting site opening in 1997: - Completed hiring and training – in the first 5 months of 1997, 140 UW / Loan By Phone lenders were hired and integrated into the telephone sales / underwriting environment. - Developed Credit Policy and procedures for UW, product knowledge / sales, and the applicant interview / application process. 14 sections of policy and procedures developed, instructor led training, monthly testing on knowledge. - Sales and Underwriting – expansion from Telephone sales to Branch and Internet sales. 5 states covered.
