AdTech:• Securing licenses for nearly 375 million movie-goer data records to enhance analytics, measurement, and targeted advertising capabilities.• Supporting development of platform for offering programmatic ad buying in theaters.• Negotiating agreements with data management platforms, demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, and measurement service providers.Artificial Intelligence/New Product:• Supporting implementation of media buying platform offering generative AI tools for developing client advertising and optimizing sales efficiencies.• Establishing agreement for AI-supported order generation, campaign management, and reporting.• Securing media for new Digital Out-of-Home product offering over 20 billion annual impressions.• Assisting in development of new online product for displaying celebratory messages on the big screen. Sales and Marketing:• Engaging celebrities such as Maria Menounos, Gavin DeGraw, Christian Siriano, and Garcelle Beauvais for appearances.• Facilitating on-screen content collaborations with Religion of Sports, NFL Tuesday Night Gaming, and Tastemade.• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives involving the Oscars awards show, Sundance film festival, and Cannes Young Lions competitions.Privacy and Cybersecurity:• Leading cross-functional Privacy and Cybersecurity Task Force to help meet evolving privacy and cybersecurity requirements.• Advising on cyber incident responses.• Facilitating $2.5 million sale of IPv4 internet addresses.Human Resources:• Advising on employment matters, including pay equity and transparency, sales commission plans, wage and hour laws, severance, employee handbooks, fair labor standards, and worker safety.• Participating in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee.• Drafting position statement in response to EEOC charge.
