Scott has over three decades of experience in the design industry and delivering project outcomes for complex projects that align with the client brief.As a design strategist, he has an established reputation in being able to efficiently formulate preliminary design responses in consultation with the key stakeholders of the development to assist in the capital acquisition of sites. His expertise in this area, and timely response value adds to the project negotiation and feasibility processes.Scott can navigate complex project matters whilst achieving well resolved and market sensitive outcomes.
