• Work with component, design, process, and quality engineering to complete product requests for internal and external product design changes.
• Work with process and quality engineering to develop routings and Bill Of Operations (BOO’s), Bill Of Materials (BOM) in AS400 and Process Control System (PCS) that support internal and external product design changes.
• Utilize Product Data Management (PDM) / Windchill to process product requests, tooling updates, change requests, and initiate BOO’s.
• Provide direction and coordinate activities for manufacturing and support areas to prepare for and complete low volume, prototype, and/or engineering test builds.
• Support Product Line Teams and Manufacturing Area Teams (PLT) by completing projects or tasks to meet site objectives including data collection and indicator tracking.
• Coordinated implementation of product design changes with engineering, scheduling, components, and HTI Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

• Additionally perform Manufacturing Support Technician duties, and conduct the following:
• Observe and evaluate work procedures of 4 other technicians in or to ensure quality standards and service.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
• Perform personnel actions such as hiring and dismissal of staff, consulting with Supervisors as necessary.
• Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.

• Ensured that manufacturing is running at the highest possible OEE for a specific process by troubleshooting any technical issue outside the scope / capacity of other organizations.
• Identified and reduced the causes of acute quality problems that occur daily in the component processes by collecting and analyzing pertinent data and troubleshooting identified problems through reviewing Key Process.
