Responsible for the global operations and business turn around for C&M Corporation, specality manufacturer of highly engineered cables and cable assemblies. From July 2013 through the present acquired a new location for CT operations and relocate the operations.

VP Operations for isolation, vibration, acoustic, control systems servicing defense, space, industrial, and rail markets globally.

Responsibility for (13) facilities and wholly owned subsidiaries generating $1B annual sales with 3000 associates. Facilities located in North America, South America, South Africa, Europe, Inidia, & China. Supplying products into the following markets: industrial, automotive, aerospace, rail, precision machine tool, military, and global aftermarket distribution.

Member of a small team which planned mergers and acquisitions. During this time the team investigated and recommended the purchase of a major competitor.

Responsibility for (4) USW organized facilities generating $650M in annual sales for global consumption with 500 Associates.

Responsibility for our United Kingdom based business with (2) sites, (14) facilities and 2200 Associates generating $500M in annual sales for global consumption.

Responsible for all aspects of the operations for our business based in SPaulo Brazil. During this era the protective import duties were being lowered and our main challenge was to assure this business could operate competitively without protective tariffs.
