The Town of Buckeye is the second fastest growing town in the United States with the population growing form 15,000 to 50,000 residents. The staff of 50 now number 400. He aided three mayors, many council members and staff, using organization strategic planning, community iinvolvement, strong employee training and evelopment programs, addressing significant growth and service demands with limited revenues, to develop a quality town with an outstnading reputation, highly motivated staff and community, and strong community and developer partnerships. Scott holds a Doctorate degree in Management/ Organizational Leadership. He is an active speaker at state and national conferences, leadership programs, and training sessions. Scott's passion and focus of study is formation of high performance teams based on sound values and dedicated to sustained success in achieving their mission.
