This has been in place for 6 years and has been very stable. Built in MS Access utilizing forms and VBA to limit human interaction. • Forecast Connect (Enterprise Project): I operate as a SME and an influencer capacity to the Forecast Connect end to end forecasting project. My focus is to make sure the end solution demonstrates flexibility, scalability, simplicity and efficiency attributes. • People: FMAP day manager, manage business partners required actions, team routines (task trackers, cross team communications), and conduct trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to build a stronger team. As the Equities team lead, I am responsible for all things Equities. This requires me to manage my teammates supporting the Equities LOBs. Mentor to junior staff due to my nature and seniority/tenure on the team (6 years) and the Bank (17 years)• Executive Level Presentations and Business Partnering: Review and Challenge presentation are made to the FLU desk head as well as executives in Risk, COO, ESPE, and BSM. This role partners heavily with BFOs, FP&A, BSM, and Banking Finance. -
