- Design and installation of large automated control systems by AMX and other control systems, as well as provide training and custom manuals tailored to the homeowners system- Manage scheduling and dispatch of technicians for install and service- Provide technical support for clients, installers and sales- Program control systems, lighting systems and remote controls- Serve as an inside and onsite sales engineer and project manager- Meet with vendors and evaluate new technologies and updated products- Meet with builders and clients to determine best system solution for their needs and budget- Implement procedures to maximize the efficiency of the installation and programming process

- Design, install and troubleshoot AMX automated systems for corporate boardrooms, church and gymnasium sound systems as well as A/V systems for hotels- Setup and run audio and video for real-time video conferencing for fortune 500 companies- Design technical booklet of system, including equipment information, wiring flowcharts and rack layout
