Scott is a skilled attorney with over 23 years of experience in real estate, business and finance law. Scott approaches project development differently than many of his professional peers. In addition to years of practicing law in the area, Scott has hands-on experience from actually developing and operating projects while serving as general counsel, asset manager and development director for development firms that built a variety of commercial and residential projects in Honolulu, Northern and Southern California, the Puget Sound region, Boise, Idaho and Arizona.Therefore, Scott has the unique ability to understand the development and financial risks that developers face and, as a result, has the ability to offer a solution-driven approach for his clients.
