The TeamThomas J Cerwinski (Tom ) retired as a detective captain from the states most densely populated county. In addition to running the detective squad, CAPT. Cerwinski was also the commander of the country-wide S.W.A.T Team. Earlier in his career, Tom was in charge of the county's security unit. In addition to overseeing the many upgrades to the physical structures, also collaborated with the State Police to conduct investigations and provide protective details when threats were made against the judiciary. Prior to Retirment, Tom began working in the private security field, where he held positions such as account manager. Upon retirement, he obtained a private detectives license and continues in the private security field.Scott Shellhammer (Scott ) retired as a detective sergeant from a municipality that is home to one of the state's busiest drug markets. Sgt. Shellhammer has made countless arrest and has broken up many drug rings within his jurisdiction and has testified in many major drug cases where he was deemed an expert in street narcotics. Since retiring from the police department, Scott continued working providing executive protection to private individuals as well as working for a subcontractor to the US Navy, where he was assigned to the protection forces for anti-terrorism, combining these skills to provide security to legal marijuana dispensaries. Scott has now brought his experience in the retrial cannabis industry to our group.William Padgertt (Bill) retired after thirty one years with the state's second largest police department. During his assignment in patrol and the cities street crimes unit, Bill earned the respect of not only his peers but also of those he was sworn to protect. He earned the reputation of being a proactive police officer and living by the rule " Fair but Firm " resulting in Bill receiving many awards and commendations. Simultaneously with his law enforcement career, Bill worked in the contract security field learning many aspects of the industry where he continued post-retirement.
