Mr. Shepard drew upon these qualities to find success as a long-term professional in the real estate and finance industries, where he became an avid investor and raised over $3.5 Million in capital for multiple businesses. Mr. Shepard is an effective communicator who has honed his skill in various arenas. He has built cohesive teams within the fields of business and sports. In fact, as assistant baseball coach for Riverside Community College, he was a part of the coaching staff that guided the club to the 2001 state championship. Currently, Mr. Shepard is the owner of TSC Legal Systems, LLC. & Energywater, LLC. He is a graduate of California Baptist University in Riverside, CA.
