Develop, implement, and maintain standard work processes, procedures, and reporting in support of Operation Planning and Demand Planning functions• Own, develop, execute and continually improve a S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) process that contributes to global supply chain operational excellence• Lead forecasting and inventory planning meetings to assess potential sales forecasts and goals• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing/Sales, Operations Managers, Supply Chain, etc. to meet company goals and objectives• Maintain Manufacturing forecast in ERP system to drive supply chain• Perform detailed capacity assessments that identify gaps and create plans to optimize utilization.• Oversee and manage activities performed by both Operation Planners & Demand Planning support staff• Maintain expertise in systems knowledge and recommend new procedures to enhance the performance of the planning and scheduling system• Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function, and to work towards continuous improvement

Provide manufacturing engineering support to operations and product engineering. Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis and provide feedback to design engineering.• Author and lead process qualification via IQ, OQ & PQ process• Lead manufacturing fixture development, process development and qualifications• Identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of process improvements to reduce cost, improve changeover, increase quality and repeatability.• Lead maintaining work instructions.• Leads the design, implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes• Collaborate with Product Engineering to develop and design component processes for new parts and lead the DFM process.
