I provide technical support for the Extensis suite of software, which includes Portfolio, Universal Type Server, Suitcase Fusion and GeoExpress. This support involves assisting clients with custom Digital Asset and Font Management strategies. My position allows me to support a variety of clients, ranging from individual users to professional institutions. My clients range from individuals to corporations, governmental organizations, and educational institutions. I work closely with end-users and system administrators to diagnose, troubleshoot and present custom solutions in a timely and effective manner. Support is conducted via email, phone, and remote sessions. I also assist the product development team with QA testing and documentation on our internal and external Knowledge Base. We use various tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence to document product defects, feature requests, and escalations in order to improve our product suite.
