I am passionate about engaging older adults and doing things differently in senior living. I am a thought leader and advocate for older adults and for the use of technology in providing a person directed engagement experience. I was most recently the Director of Education and Experience for Thrive Senior Living. I have the pleasure of working with 16 communities across the US to ensure that the residents of our communities are receiving the best experience possible. We do this through the implementation of new programs as well as training in areas that will help our team perform their jobs at a higher level. In my past position at It's Never 2 Late, I led a team that helped a customer throughout the purchase process, from shipping to full implementation and retention. During my time at It's Never 2 Late, I had the pleasure of creating the training program as well as the implementation plan.
