As a Project Accountant I am responsible for a portfolio of 8 trading companies along with their parent companies, providing all financial services required under the Management Services Agreements (MSA) with Robertson Capital Projects. These companies are special purpose vehicles for the delivery of infrastructure for the Scottish Government with seven of these being under the Scottish Futures Trust's hub programme delivering public sector buildings through partnership with private sector investment. I also undertake the MSA for The Balfour Hospital in Orkney a Non Profit Distributing Project for NHS Orkney.
