I remodeled a couple of houses, extensively, over the past year. Now I work 4 hours every morning as an industrial mechanic at Nutraceutical Corp in Ogden, Utah. I'm installing an automated bottling line in a beautiful, new, very large room. I love working only 4 hours a day instead of 10-12 hours. I still have time and energy to garden, play with my wife, kids and grandkids and go to the zoo. My golf has already improved. I'm reading books again. I feel healthy. The funny part is, they pay to do something I would almost do for free.

It is so cool to see the light in their eyes when they find the right car. I love working at a job that brings so much happiness to peoples lives.

Three years later I changed again to Century 21 Alliance. The recession and 21% interest drove me back to welding.I have managed a few rental for a friend and two of my own for nearly 30 years.
