Current• Launched online redesign of continuous membership development program – LEAD (Leadership, Ethics, Achievement, Development) – the Fraternity’s flagship educational program (2008); increased accessibility, improved user experience, expanded/updated content, incorporated administrative/tracking functions; managed redesign upgrades to further enhance end-user experience and administrative functionality (2010).• Wrote, edited, and delivered curriculum for LEAD Program, regional and national conclaves, and for use in chapter consultation program. • Teamed with independent researchers (George Mason University’s Center for the Advancement of Public Health) to redesign and implement an electronic survey and national assessment of the LEAD Program. Oversaw 6 national assessments showing statistically significant benefits of LEAD participation• Facilitated and presented for students and alumni at 66 regional and 20 national Sigma Nu programs.• Managed a staff of up to 7 entry-level employees, 2 interns, 1 associate director, and 3 directors; responsible for onboarding over 90 entry-level employees to date.• Co-Coordinated 17 national conferences• Wrote or co-wrote all curriculum for multi-day presidents training.
