As an Industrial Engineer at W. L. Gore, I apply my skills and knowledge in continuous process improvement and lean principles to support the ramp up of a new commercial product in the biopharma market. I lead and participate in cross-functional projects and problem-solving efforts to optimize the supply chain operations, reduce waste, and ensure quality and compliance.I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and a minor in Business. I’m a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and CPIM professional and am passionate about improving the performance and efficiency of manufacturing and business processes.
