Owner, Attorney and Counselor providing estate planning as well as estate and trust administration. Provide guidance to individuals and families on designing and building comprehensive professional quality estate plans. My practice is primarily focused on trust-based estate planning (as contrasted with will-based estate planning). I provide counsel to trustees both individual trustees and corporate trustees, including banks and trust companies subject to state or federal banking supervision. I also provide counsel to executors, both individual and corporate.

The Council advises the director of student services regarding current issues, program development, parental concerns and involvement, and departmental priorities. Its mission is to provide input to the Bloomington department of special education, to serve as a communication link with the Bloomington community at large, to advocate for high quality educational programs for all learners, and to assure the implementation of the district and special education mission to all students in the Bloomington Public Schools.

The Warren E. Burger Inn of Court is a group comprised of present or retired judges, lawyers, legal educators and third-year law students that strives to promote excellence in legal advocacy at the trial and appellate court levels. We try, among other things, to foster greater understanding of, and an appreciation for the adversary system of dispute resolution in American law, with particular emphasis on ethics and professional standards of excellence. We also attempt to facilitate the development of law students, and recent law school graduates and less experienced lawyers as skilled participants in the American court system. Furthermore, we seek to promote collegiality among professionals and to transmit ethical values from one professional generation to another.I have been a Co-Chair of the Membership Committee from 2007-Present.
