Duties include creating compliance approved marketing pieces for all phases of distribution and hosting webinars with advance sales technique specialists.• Demonstrate excellence in SalesForce as the creator of two award-winning national marketing campaigns.• Supervise the Regional New Business Department to ensure efficient processing of life, annuity, and investment new business cases. Assist Advisors/Representatives with the packaging of complex cases for submission to regional and national office.• Conduct on-site Registered Representative branch office compliance reviews. Review Representative responses to annual compliance and outside business activity questionnaires. Assist in field related investigations. Communicate and provide education on company policies and procedures. Submit regional sales and advertising literature for approval. Maintain compliant non-processing OSJ logs for regional office. Partner with national office to resolve complaints, legal and regulatory inquires.• Manage implementation of new technology platforms aimed at helping streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce time spent on administrative functions.• Responsible for all aspects of hiring, resignation, and termination of field office Associates.• Controller of regional financials, which includes handling of payments and receipts, review of appropriate business expenses of external sales force, utilizing record keeping software and record retention for Distribution, Operations & Finance review.
