Reporting direct to the CFO, I managed the finance team, which was spread across three states. There were 12 team members, of which 5 were degree qualified.My primary responsibilities included direct responsibility for communicating financial performance with 7 of the 13 practice groups, cash flow management, and modelling potential initiatives.

Reporting direct to the CEO, I managed a team of 4, including one degree qualified person.I was responsible for generating concise and meaningful management accounts in a very complex business structure, cash flow management, and managing relations with the tax advisors.

An emerging company, I was the first CFO the company had appointed, and I reported direct to the CEO/Owner.My primary responsibilities centred around process improvements, particularly in respect of the sales forecasting process, and inventory control. I also worked very closely with the bank to ensure working capital requirements were satisfied.
