• Developed and evaluated RFPs and RFQs for all major completion services and I negotiated pricing with all vendors supplying supporting services.

• Developed multistage completion designs and pumped over 850 stages in various formations, I maintained monthly water forecasting models, and I supervised completion, drillout, and fishing operations.
• Performed completion look backs to improve efficiency and production.
• Modeled and pre-purchased water needed for completions a year in advance and I also accounted for all water used on current water contracts to make sure all pre-purchased water utilized.

Dubois, PA

• In this role I:
• Worked closely with our civil engineering firm to design improvements on current infrastructure and for all new roads, pads, and impoundments that were required, I also supervised all construction activities.
• Maximized production from 7 Marcellus gas wells and 110 shallow oil and gas wells with over a 98% uptime.
• Negotiated costs for completion support services and production services, scheduled logistics, and supervised on-site work.
• Reviewed all shallow and deep formation for enhancement opportunities, I developed workover opportunities with less than three month payouts; additionally, I developed and supervised multiyear P&A program of uneconomic.
• Completed and submitted PA DEP completion forms, annual mechanical integrity forms, and P&A documentation.

Brookville, PA

• Supervised drilling operations, completion operations, production operation, natural gas storage field integrity and operations, and P&A activities.
• Monitored and I made adjustments to maximize oil and natural gas production across 650 wells which fed 8 light industrial end users.
