My assignment as the Liquid Hydrocarbon Industry Manager focuses primarily on developing markets, products, and sales for the Liquid Measurement segment of our business. This segment is one of the Remote Automation Solutions’ key global initiatives for the ROC, FloBoss and ControlWave product lines. As an active member of both API – Liquid Measurement Committee, and ASTM – D02 Committee, I frequently attend standards meetings and stay abreast with the latest developments in measurement technology and future industry trends. Presently, I Chair API MPMS Chapters 12.2.1, 2 & 3 – “Calculation of Petroleum Quantities Using Dynamic Measurement Methods and Volume Correction Factors”.

As a part of the newly formed Flow Computer Division I resumed managerial responsibilities for the newly created Engineered Application Group, which was responsible for sustaining engineering activities for the Daniel flow computer product line. Since its inception this team has implemented a product consolidation plan resulting in significant manufacturing and engineering cost savings. Annual budget requirements were reduced by 37 percent due to these changes. I conducted a feasibility study and created specifications to migrate existing functionality into the next generation flow computer for the North American market.
