• Conduct and document daily standup meetings for all active projects• Involved in the creation of the SOW (time, budget, estimates) with Sales Business Managers and CTO• Participate in project planning. As the Production Manager at Fusion of Ideas, I managed four distinct departments; Customization, Digital Content, Design and Shipping. During my time in this role I substantially built out and scaled our operation, upon beginning with Fusion of Ideas, my department had two employees, and two machines, fast forward 5 years and we had grown to eighteen employees and fifteen machines. I worked to implement new processes and procedures, as well as develop SOP's for each of the four departments, and individual manuals for more specific processes to scale and grow the Production operation at Fusion of Ideas. Within the Customization department we processed devices via Laser Etching, UV Printing, and StealthArmor film application. In Digital Content we process and load primarily iPads with custom made applications, as well as preload experiences onto the devices utilizing MDM and DEP. Lastly, in Shipping we processed thousands of devices a month, and shipped in bulk or individually to our clients recipients.Overall, in the Production department we processed several thousand devices a month, split between 100+ clients. A lot of logistical work is required to accomplish this, and through the training and processes I had established this was always done successfully. With daily meetings being held to plan for the day, and discuss upcoming projects as well as using our internal CRM to track and manage projects. I was responsible for insuring Production work is completed and all necessary tools were in place. With four managers that reported to me and assisted in managing the day to day of each of the departments. I would meet with my managers weekly to calibrate and plan for the upcoming week. With these processes we were able to effectively run the department successfully.
