Over the last 2 years I have increased sales year over year by 4% each year and exceeded sales plan by $175,000 in 2013.Through staffing development and training I have been able to maintain top Customer Service scores within the District and Region.As part of this development I have been able to promote 2 associates to Management positions and another 2 to Lead positions in the last year.I have developed and implemented plans that have decreased safety incidents by 50% over the last two years.
