I was responsible for creating, training and implimenting the above mentioned programs across the United States and Mexico to companies such as Harley Davidson, Briggs and Stratton, Johnson Wax, Donaldson, Nutra-Sweet and theChicago White Sox.Each LAI Engineer would be responsible for Two accounts for a One year contract visiting each account for Two days every other week. Each company would pre pick a team which would be dedicated to LAI'S program.My respponsibility was to with the team create, train and impliment TPM / PM.
