In addition, I also:•Coordinated all intra-plant Material Review Board activity for the polished wafer and deposition facilities – responsibilities grew to include SOLAR wafer customer issue resolution as well. •Generated Return Material Authorizations (RMA), coordinated failure and root cause analysis investigations, tracked to closure and provided both management and customer reports.•Lead a team of Process Engineers and Quality Control Technicians in excursion event review and resolution activity – record, track, and assure the implementation of corrective action via 8D.•Performed data mining using Access to investigate potential preventive action(s). •Created, tracked, and reported progress of quality improvement projects using MS Project.•Used JMP Statistical software to query, plot, analyze, and report data regarding product performance. •Performed both comprehensive internal and ISO/TS compliance audits.
