He designed Image ProFile used internationally and by more than 80% of labs in Australia to manage order requisitions in multi-lab environments. Flexibility to support the complex processing needs of each lab while maintaining ease of use and simplicity for users has proven to be a key success factor. On average Image ProFile delivers 30% productivity improvement and operational cost savings.Scott led the design and commercial release of PAMS, Surity’s new Pre-Analytical Management System. A mobile app suite specifically designed for management of laboratory pre-analytics, it delivers comprehensive point of care support to the myriad of different pre-analytical scenarios. PAMS builds on the Image ProFile approach to deliver simple elegant user apps that manage a complex business problem.
