The role of the Senior Infrastructure Network/Telecom Engineer is to management of a dynamic Physical and Azure cloud-based network consisting of network resources that support multi-tiered HA/Clustered, Firewalls, Load balancers, and Monitoring capabilities using various Cloud services within Azure and using tools such as Cisco Prime. Coordinating with the department team to plan, design, and schedule the release of all software and hardware updates and upgrades, working as a member of a larger technical team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the Agency network.

I acted as the primary point-of-contact for the turn-up and testing of new equipment, carrier, and customer circuits. Along with this, I wrote Standard Operating Procedures and manuals used by the Provisioning Department and NOC techs for some of their daily activities. Furthermore, I monitored network equipment and utilization, provided utilization reports to management, and acted upon network transport indications to reach its capacity.
