Project Management:- Manage an expedited move of 110K sqft facility in Goleta on time and under budget.- Evaluate potential sites for feasibility. - Design Lean based manufacturing layout based for optimal flow within department constraints.- Create schedule, assign tasks and resources, and communicate to contractors, city officials, department heads, and vendors.- Provide GC and subs at manufacturing facility with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, data, and misc. requirements for over 100 pieces of equipment.- Research, evaluate, and purchase compliant equipment including 35000 CFM cyclonic bag house, spray booth, and modular print rooms.- Coordinate equipment movers, demolition, and relinquishment of current facility by department.Manufacturing:- Research, test, and suggest purchase of new equipment that aligns with company goals.- Implement attainment, efficiency, and quality KPIs for Deck Manufacturing.Quality:- Lead company-wide adoption of AQL based QC inspections to clearly define expectations to our vendors.- Reduce inspection lead time from >3 days to <1 through a 5S of physical and digital processes.Facilities:- Maintain compliance with local and federal authorities.- Implement a comprehensive Lock Out Tag Out program with procedures for all equipment.

Create automated machines to aid in the manufacturing and testing of skateboard components: - Specify pneumatic, electrical, and motion components based on physical constraints. - Design machine using 3D CAD. Create all parts, assemblies, and drawing packages. - Design, document, and build pneumatic and electric circuits. - Layout, wire, and plumb electrical panels - Write PLC ladder and relay logic for machine controls. - Train operators and create SOP's for new equipment. - Manage BOM and drawing package.
