I continue routinely advise diverse clients with respect to complex issues related to executive compensation, employee benefits and corporate governance matters. I represent individual executives in connection with starting new roles as well as negotiating departures from current employers. Conversely, I also represent companies of all sizes ranging from start-ups coming out of incubator programs to fortune 100 public companies on workplace mobility issues, including hirings and firings of executives, as well as day to day advice on compensation and equity programs.Much of my work involves providing counsel with respect to these issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions. While at Thacher Proffitt I worked on diverse executive compensation and employee beenfit plan matters. These matters included design and maintenance of ERISA employee benefit plans as well as the compesation and benefits issues surrounding complex merger and acquisitions.
