With over two decades at First Baptist Goldsboro, my journey has been marked by a commitment to community empowerment and spiritual guidance. At the heart of my calling lies a passion for teaching, event management, building relationships, and problem solving, which has enabled our teams to create meaningful experiences through a supportive and nurturing environment. My experience in coordinating travel arrangements and facilitating numerous outreach programs have furthered the church's reach and impact. Aligned with the church's values, my goal is to continue nurturing a space where diverse perspectives are celebrated, and collective growth is achieved. Training volunteers, coordinating all details including travel, lodging and space use; budgeting, and evaluating success post-event have been priorities in my ministry. Projects that have brought positive results, learning, and enjoyment include church-wide social events, community outreach events, collaborative youth camp experiences for 400+ youth and adults, and mission service trips both domestically and internationally..
