I worked at this camp part serving with the operations team for ministry and logistical purposes. We learned to navigate as a small team to help better kids experiences on the campground. This involved building furniture, fix cabin beds, drive trailers with equipment and people on it, security duty, cleaning duty, do heavy labor carrying large boxes and equipment for transportation, handle mail along with delivery, help solve problems outside of expertise, and navigate every day with a positive mindset.
