-Federal Student Aid, State Student Aid, Scholarships/Grants, Customer Service, Troubleshooting, Evaluation, Analysis, Research, Compliance-Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature-Serve as a contact for Financial Aid Advisors for call outs, vacation requests and escalated student issues as well as coordination of Advising tasks based on workload -Coordinate Advising activities to help ensure that institutional scholarships and discounts, consortium agreements, Financial Aid emails and assigned reports are processed within prescribed turnaround times, and within acceptable error rates -Assist the Assistant Director of Financial Aid – Advising in providing Financial Aid staffing for Liberty University events, such as CFAW and Orientation Events -Help Assess the training needs of the Advising team and distribute updates to the Advising team when needed -Ability to pass Banner and training tests-Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including accurate and timely support to students and staff-Ability to adhere to federal, state, and institutional policy and compliance requirements including confidentiality and recordkeeping requirements-Proper phone etiquette and ability to represent the university in a professional manner required.-Strong organizational skills-Excellent computer skills-Perform other duties as assigned

Receiving, Raw Product Intake and Inventory, Domestic and International Shipping. Customer Service, Manufacturing Support Staff and Supply Chain, Kanban Supply Organization.

- Product knowledge and presentation of the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Nissan brands to prospective customers- Building relationship of trust between the customer, the product, and dealership;- Processing proper forms for purchase, licensing, insuring, and delivery of product;- Marketing of products and equipment with the customer. Follow-up with each sale;
