I was the senior lead designer producing a wide range of blue-chip POS. Using my vast experience in the POS industry I mentored a junior designer, as well as project managing the workload between two sites.

Producing all POS for ASDA contract, using Artios CAD and Kasemake software I was responsible for creating 3D samples from customer briefs implementing cost-saving measures across all ASDA POS. I was the lead designer for all ASDA designs both in the UK and Europe and would regularly attending meetings on projects and liaising with the client direct.

I took the implemented and istalled CAD system and have radically took it to the next level with all new Esko Artios 12 software update, new detailed CAD specification sheet and CAD design brief form all created in excel fromat for all account managers group wide to use.As the only 3D Point of Sale designer in the company I'm the sole creator of all 3D samples and 3D assembly instructions using microsoft Power Point software. I'am also fully proficient using the in house Zund CAD sampling tables to accurately sample white or colour samples.

I Was Appointed Joint Senior Cad Engineer At Screen Print Productions, I was Responsible For Creating 3D Samples From Customer Briefs Using Artios CAD Software.My job roll included reporting to joint senior designer and sales team:• To produce accurate prototypes using the Artios CAD system software, to meet the requirements of clients and production.• 3D Technical Review of 3-D production orders taken daily/weekly.• To provide accurate cutter guides to enable the production of digital artwork and cutting form production.• Provide color visuals using the CAD software as required.• To liaise with all departments with regard to the use materials as required.• To provide production with 3D sample for Quality Control, and liaise with assembly of clients samples.

I joined the team at Bezier in September 2007, and continued to produce high quality work for a number of eye caching point of sale units for blue chip companies such as ASDA, Tesco, Homebase, Argos With the emphasis on ease of use and recyclability.I worked on many blue chip accounts, created value engineered POS to a very high standard using artios cad software.
