I am a bioinformatician/computational biologist specialising in single-cell and spatial multi-omics analysis. At RIKEN IMS at the Laboratory for Large-Scale Biomedical Data Technology (LSBDT) I built and maintain the newest iteration of SCPortalen2 (https://single-cell.riken.jp/) our single-cell database with curated and thoroughly QC'd, post-processed publicly available scRNA-seq datasets. As a PhD candidate at the Laboratory for Functional analysis in silico (FAiS) at U-Tokyo, in collaboration with Daub lab at Karolinska Institutet (KI), I am analysing spatial transcriptomics methods in human breast cancer samples. I'm trying to push the technology to its limits.
