Project manager for four phases of additions to and renovations of Neyland Stadium at the University of Tennessee. Most intense and satisfying phase was the third, from Feb 2008 to Aug 2009, with construction value of $48Mn and a construction duration of 10 months. I was on-site full time from Dec 2008 through August 2009, and absolutely had a blast.

I was the Project Manager on the $19Mn Expansion and Renovation of the Historic Tennessee Theatre, in Knoxville, Tennessee. This was truly a once or twice in a career project, and one of which all participants are very proud. I was involved from writing the proposal by which we won the project, all the way through the construction phase. Denark.

I was the Project Manager during Construction on the new Knoxville Convention Center, valued at $93Mn. This was a highly challenging project, both in terms of the construction demands but also in terms of the leadership demands on myself.

I served as the Construction Administrator (CA) on several projects of note, including Fayerweather Hall and Bartlett Hall at Maryville College, and was the full-time on-site architect on the McGhee Tyson Airport Expansion and Renovations from 9/98 to 4/00.
