About Scott Webb
I am an international development professional with more than 20 years of professional experience in a wide range of roles. After spending the previous eight years working for international development and humanitarian NGO's, in late 2015 I took a position with a more predictable schedule with less travel. I currently work as a Career and Academic Advisor with the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS). I have experience, in particular, with human resources, operations, proposal development, cost proposals, capture management, recruiting, program backstopping, program compliance, and contract auditing, mostly with USAID funded programming. I have been a recruiter three times, I've reviewed thousands of resumes/CV's and have interviewed hundreds of people for a variety of positions. I've traveled to over 30 countries and worked in 12, in particular in Francophone Africa. You're welcome to read my blog (voxsouley.wordpress.com) or twitter posts (@voxsouley).
