Was responsible for assembling a "cream of the crop" software development team of over 100 Developers for one of the handful of Java Development Centers in the US. Met the needs of many Fortune 500 companies during the 'dot com boom' days. This was a great experience and was able to serve a number of folks on to future successes and likely was the highlight of my career in terms of the people, culture, and many development successes. I was also a hands technical contributor and trained others in the technology we used.
