Mr. Wenner chaired Schnader’s Labor and Employment Practices Group and presently co-chairs its International Group. A member of the New York and California bars, Mr. Wenner assists employers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border employment law matters. In addition to handling complex litigation and agency investigations in California and New York, Mr. Wenner's practice includes compliance, development of business strategies to avoid litigation, participation on mergers and acquisitions teams, and drafting and negotiation of employment related agreements, including restrictive covenants. He acts as outside U.S. general employment and labor counsel for foreign-based companies and for domestic employers in the technology, retail, financial services, bio-tech, and service industries.
