• Data entry of client’s invoices into MDSL’s proprietary software application, and through electronic loading• Validate invoice data entered; invoice date, vendor remit, expense categories, invoice amount and accounting distributions• Monitor client invoices to ensure expected invoices are received and loaded monthly• Allocate charges to client’s cost center and GL based on client specific rules• Reconcile circuit/line inventory• Interact with internal staff and client as required, including vendors to resolve billing issues/disputes• Identify opportunities for process improvement• Maintain the highest quality customer service and promote a positive attitude• Participate in multiple weekly A/R calls to ensure account is in good standing with vendor. • Attend monthly in person Service Review meetings with client and the client’s vendors.
