• Analyzed existing departmental installation to troubleshoot issues arising from the initial installation. Redefined the requirements and implemented them to meet user needs.
• Took over conversion and implementation of OnBase system from software vendor team in order to correctly define requirements and configuration to meet users’ needs.
• Redefined and guided software company team of engineers in conversion of data from a legacy system to the new OnBase system resulting in 3.4 million records converted with only 38 errors (software company team’s.
