Started Performance Pay, developing and building the company payroll software systems and operations into a multi client, multi state payroll service provider. Manage all aspects of the payroll service bureau, servicing over 100 different companies, for commissioned, hourly, and salaried employees working in multiple locations in over 20 states. Manage 2 payroll specialists, 2 HR specialists, and 2 accounting professionals over last 5 years. Directed two major payroll HCM system conversions, designed payroll management system, implemented numerous time and attendance systems into payroll, processed state and federal tax returns, and W2s. Manage all ACH payments as designated Third Party Originator for all client tax deposits and employee direct deposit. Tax impound account bank reconciliations. Meticulous communications between multiple teams of HR and legal counsel, accounting, software development, and staff. Developed strong business alliances with third party HR firms to provide comprehensive payroll compliance protections for business client services. Established service relationships with Time and Attendance services, Group Health, Work Comp, and Retirement Plan agents to integrate better service solutions into payroll for clientele.

In-house payroll processing and management, tax processing and management, systems development, financial analysis and reporting. Worked directly with 12 different Branch Managers in 6 different States, managing the company LOS to track and manage all incoming employee hours and sales and company revenue data for payroll processing. Developed the necessary systems to transparently manage all sales and employee time and attendance data so that reporting of data through payroll to company financials was reliable and accurate. Worked directly with the company accounting firm to ensure the integrity of all financial data was sound. In 2005, began development of a custom software application to integrate with the company LOS system and time and attendance system. Built integrations for company payroll policies into the software platform as well as FLSA regulatory requirements so that company compliance requirements were properly met. Detailed experience leading vendor selection process and evaluating technology products and services that would interface most efficiently with company payroll system and company objectives and goals.

Branch Manager of a sales and processing team staff of 15 individuals. Day to day operations consisted of team building and training of each professional staff member. Together with staff we built the branch into a competitive team location within a 12 branch company that eventually grew into a larger location. Adaptation to changing regulations and tracking performance of team members was crucial for compliance management. As branch manager, data tracking and reporting to the corporate office and maintaining the integrity of all data was intrinsic to my position.
