We are working to change the employer experience with payroll services. Our adaptive and easy to use technology, responsive and pro-active payroll processing professionals, along with our key alliances of dedicated professional servicers in Human Resources, Work Comp, Group Health, Retirement Planning, and Accounting are bringing back the control and transparency employers rely on for the success of their business. Unlike an institutionalized bundle of services, we offer independent dedicated professionals to oversee each employers needs. With this service model the key component of true customer support is brought back to the employer with direct contact and personalized attention to their needs. Performance Pay started as a payroll service company from within a large, financial service company with highly regulated payroll policies and multi-level compensation scales, starting in 2005. At that time, unable to find a service that could accomodate these challenges, we began development of a more robust compensation module and payroll processing engine to meet our needs. In 2012 we launched this payroll platform and began offering its services to other businesses that faced similar payroll processing challenges. The Performance ES system we developed has been proven by business owners with hands on experience to address the payroll challenges that large conventional payroll services could not fully accommodate. The Performance ES service platform is a comprehensive compensation management processor and executive dashboard, used by company owners, CFO's, and sales managers and sales teams to help build incentives for sales reps and meet overall company sales goals. With this online compensation management platform, sales compensation data can be integrated directly to payroll service engines, along with critical POS data, time and attendance, and CRM data, providing real time sales forecasting and sales data analytics through the executive dashboard.
