As the VP of Operations at ServiceMaster Restoration of greater Nashville, Wilson and Rutherford counties I oversee the organization strategy for business development, operational excellence and customer service.I concentrate on industry analysis, focusing on identifying, creating, and delivering value within our organization’s competitive landscape. I also protect and am responsible for a healthy culture which is committed to developing our employees while concurrently producing profitable growth results. Implement necessary actions for maximizing sales growth, through the addition of strategic inter-office procedures and communication utilizing Restore 365 (Dash) database, which captures all necessary analytical information. Implemented new hire procedure to increase retention and position all staff in areas of strength.
