Lead, co-ordinate and provide advice and mentoring to a team of program analysts responsible for a broad range of corporate policy, program implementation planning projects, refinement of existing program procedures and supporting technologies that contribute to the achievement of ministry objectives.Develop strategies for program development and design, implementation planning and communications.Ensure the coordinated development of policies, program analysis, and to monitor and evaluate policy and program delivery.

Assist with the policy and program development and the operational implementation of a new approach to the income security system in Ontario, to generate evidence of whether Basic Income will lead to improved economic, health and social outcomes at the individual, household, and community levels.

Lead and manage projects and project teams to implement government priorities and strategic directions to maintain and improve social assistance program delivery.Provide strategic advice to senior management on improvements to social assistance program delivery and the associated technologies to enhance overall performance, promote best practice, ensure legislative, regulatory and policy compliance; and effective stewardship of public funds.Consult and collaborate with municipal and First Nations delivery agents, and ministry delivery sites to obtain business requirements and provide direction in the effective use of technologies in social assistance program delivery.
